You'll lead a high-performing sales team at Twingate, a modern remote access solution backed by top investors, driving revenue and building a scalable sales system. You'll own outcomes for the corporate segment and shape GTM strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Corporate Account Executives
• Coach across the full sales cycle and manage performance
• Own revenue outcomes for the Corporate segment
• Establish operating rhythms for pipeline reviews and forecasting
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for alignment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with 2+ years leading teams
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain sales talent
• Track record of building scalable sales motions in SMB/mid-market
