You'll join a founding go-to-market team scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program nationally. Your core impact will be educating referral partners about our SUD treatment and mental health services, ensuring individuals on the path to recovery get the support they need. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program
• Build deep relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach
• Conduct outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners on SUD programs
• Collaborate with leadership to refine SUD growth motion

📋 Requirements

• Based in Detroit, MI
• 4+ years of sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
