Description

As a Data Engineering Intern at ALO, you'll build and optimize data pipelines for retail, inventory, and customer data using AWS, supporting personalization, loyalty analytics, and customer intelligence projects. You'll collaborate with Data Science and MarTech teams to enhance data reliability and timeliness for dashboards and models.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with APIs, data ingestion, and transformation frameworks
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and performance tuning
• Experience with eCommerce or retail datasets (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines for retail, inventory, and customer data using AWS tool chain
• Integrate and clean data from multiple internal and third-party sources
• Support personalization, recommendation, and loyalty analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with Data Science and MarTech teams on customer intelligence projects
• Enhance data reliability and timeliness for dashboards and models
