  • Manage group reservations and event logistics for large parties
  • Respond to leads and build event packages
  • Produce month-end reports and track business metrics
  • Lead and mentor the Group Services team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality preferred
  • 3-5 years of event management or hospitality sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/event software

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Revinate, Delphi, Opera, or Salesforce
  • Luxury resort or hospitality background
