- Manage group reservations and event logistics for large parties
- Respond to leads and build event packages
- Produce month-end reports and track business metrics
- Lead and mentor the Group Services team
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality preferred
- 3-5 years of event management or hospitality sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/event software

- Experience with Revinate, Delphi, Opera, or Salesforce
