💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of Rilla's paid media program, scaling a proven channel that has already generated $800k in revenue. You'll work closely with leadership to operationalize the paid growth function at a company growing 10% MoM with a brand NPS higher than the iPhone. This role offers a massive unfair advantage: a product that sells itself.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Audit existing paid program and scale spend from ~$4k/day
  • Track CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
  • Run constant experiments on channels, creatives, audiences, copy

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years running paid media campaigns in-platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Experience scaling an existing paid program significantly
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution models
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally selling to non-tech audiences

✨ Nice to Have

  • Strong opinions on ad creative and what stops scrolling
  • Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Web development skills for landing pages and funnels
