You will own and evolve GOAT Group's end-to-end payments infrastructure and strategy, working at the intersection of finance, product, and technology to ensure a seamless, cost-efficient, secure, and scalable global payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive global payments strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets
• Manage end-to-end payment operations, including processor relationships and gateway integrations
• Collaborate with fraud team on prevention strategies and compliance frameworks
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize payment acceptance rates, reduce transaction costs, and improve customer experiences
• Own commercial strategy and negotiations with payment processors, acquirers, and fintech partners
