💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and day-to-day ownership of Payoneer's CI/CD delivery platform used across R&D. You'll drive GitOps-based delivery and build shared pipeline templates that let product teams ship safely. This role offers the chance to shape the developer experience at a global fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead CI/CD platform design and evolution across R&D
• Architect scalable ALM systems for version control, builds, and deployments
• Drive GitOps-based delivery and Kubernetes deployment patterns
• Build shared pipeline templates and self-service tooling
• Own delivery-platform SLOs and drive reliability improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a DevOps / Platform / Build Release Engineer
• 3+ years running production workloads in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Proven experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux) and Helm

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM tooling (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
• Programming experience in C#, NodeJS, or similar
• BS degree in computer science or equivalent
