💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the end-to-end execution of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires to support the global Sales organization. You'll maintain a high-quality technical content library within the Responsive platform while ensuring strict delivery deadlines. You'll collaborate with Security, Legal, and Product teams to translate complex specifications into accurate, customer-facing documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires from intake to submission.
• Maintain Responsive content library by updating Q&A pairs and review cadences.
• Coordinate project timelines and lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders.
• Translate technical product specs into customer-friendly language and proofread inputs.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing RFPs, DDQs, and Security Assessments in Cloud/SaaS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and RFP automation software.
• Experience in technical writing and editing for cybersecurity or IT products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with fixed external deadlines.
