💼 About This Role

You'll join the Dev Accelerator team to build Abnormal's internal developer platform, including CLI tooling, monorepo CI/CD, and shared Go/Python libraries. You'll own scoped problems end-to-end, using AI tools to explore solutions while ensuring production readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to internal developer platform for backend development workflows.
• Build and improve developer CLI and scaffolding tools.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD, linting, and testing workflows.
• Contribute to shared Go and Python libraries and services.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of professional development experience or 2+ years of consistent open source contributions.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to write production-quality code.
• Experience with Python or Go.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows such as version control, code review, testing, and CI/CD.

✨ Nice to Have

• B.S. degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience building internal tools, backend services, or developer productivity tooling.
• Exposure to monorepo development, CI/CD pipelines, or build systems.
