💼 About This Role

You'll build AI agents to automate internal functions at Brex, embedding with teams to design, ship, and iterate on agentic workflows. You'll work on top of existing models and frameworks, wiring together tools and internal systems for real business impact. This role offers the chance to push your limits with a leading fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with partner teams to deeply understand workflows
• Scope, design, and deploy agents for real workflows
• Integrate agents with internal systems, APIs, and data sources
• Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in engineering, technical PM, applied AI, or similar
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks
• Experience designing and optimizing SQL/NoSQL databases
• Ability to decompose human workflows into agentic systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience automating back-office functions
• Experience with OpenClaw, Hermes, or general-purpose agent harnesses
