💼 About This Role

You'll own new-logo acquisition and expansion across large U.S. health systems, running a disciplined outbound motion and closing complex, multi-stakeholder software deals. Your core impact will be driving territory strategy and converting executive interest into signed agreements. This role stands out for its hunter culture and focus on healthcare operations technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and expansion across large U.S. health systems.
  • Build pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and executive networking.
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from C-suite to operational leaders.
  • Lead the internal deal team to scope solutions and remove obstacles to close.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years in healthcare with enterprise software/platform/analytics sales.
  • Documented new-logo wins selling into large health systems.
  • Strong grasp of U.S. healthcare operations and enterprise buying dynamics.

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or similar).
