You'll lead the integration of hardware and software products into Anduril's Air Defense Family of Systems, owning the end-to-end technical success of deployed solutions. You'll drive requirements decomposition and system performance for customers worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead capture of requirements and capabilities for system integrations
• Lead integration of emerging capabilities across hardware and software
• Decompose requirements across cross-functional teams
• Scope ideal system laydown and ensure performance meets requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hardware and software systems engineering experience
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with model based systems engineering across program lifecycle
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Rust for analysis and simulation

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Tactical Data Links (TDL), Link 16
• Experience in defense, naval, or aerospace environment
• Knowledge of robotics, autonomous systems, or radar
