๐ผ About This Role
You'll own agency relationships and drive revenue in your territory, building real partnerships and closing meaningful deals. You'll act as Kargo's boots-on-the-ground revenue driver, converting assigned agency relationships into consistent growth. This role offers the chance to earn a seat at the planning table and shape campaign strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and grow an assigned book of agency relationships
- Build pipeline and close deals to meet quarterly revenue targets
- Proactively source net-new business opportunities
- Feed market intelligence back to product and strategy teams
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years selling digital, CTV, and programmatic advertising
- Established relationships within OMG and agency holding companies
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close deals
- Working fluency in digital ad products and programmatic mechanics

- Experience selling consultative or custom solutions
- Existing relationships with brand-side contacts
