You'll lead tax engagements for a diverse client base, including closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, while mentoring junior and mid-level staff. You'll collaborate with partners on proactive tax planning and entity structuring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead review of federal and state tax filings for partnerships and individuals.
• Oversee conversion of trial balances into tax workpapers.
• Conduct tax research on complex federal, state, and international issues.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff.

📋 Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• 7+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in flow-through entity and individual taxation.
• Proficient in tax research tools (e.g., RIA Checkpoint, CCH).

• Master's in Taxation.
• Experience with UltraTax or ProSystem fx.
