You will manage daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory control, and team supervision at Coupang's new Taiwan logistics center. This role offers the opportunity to build processes from the ground up in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
• Supervise and schedule team members, assign tasks, and track performance
• Ensure customer shipments meet service level agreements and safety standards
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and comply with quality standards
• Prioritize customer needs and resolve operational issues quickly
