Description

As Director of Engineering for the Platform organization, you will lead the creation of a camp experience platform, drive AI adoption, transform DevOps practices, and set high standards for team performance. This role offers high impact and autonomy, solving hard architectural and platform problems while shaping the company's technical future.

Requirements

• Experience leading high-performing, highly engaged engineering teams in growth environments
• Experience building and maintaining platform features serving internal developers and external customers
• Experience improving engineering org velocity through tooling, process, and culture changes
• Experience leading DevOps and security teams
• Experience transitioning teams to agentic coding and harness engineering resulting in velocity gains

Responsibilities

• Lead CampCo Platform engineering organization including Camp Experience Platform, Data, AI Platform, DevOps, IT, and Security teams
• Lead creation of a Camp Experience Platform for internal and external customers
• Lead creation of an AI platform and enable AI adoption across CampCo
• Transform platform and DevOps practices for fully scaled agentic development workflow
• Set high standards for team performance in technical, operational, AI, process, and people management
