You'll join our Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Sales hiring across Europe. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with Sales leaders to design a data-driven hiring process. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global fintech company that empowers small businesses.
π― What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles across Europe.
- Partner with Sales leaders to define scorecards and interview loops.
- Build persona-based sourcing plans and collaborate on Employer Branding.
- Analyze funnel performance and drive process improvements.
- Champion candidate experience with timely communication.
π Requirements
- Hands-on experience in high-volume Sales recruitment across European markets.
- Proven track record in structured hiring with scorecards and data-driven decisions.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Fluency in French and English (additional European language a plus).

- Experience with automation and TA tools (Greenhouse, Looker, Brighthire).
- Additional European language.
