You'll join our Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Sales hiring across Europe. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with Sales leaders to design a data-driven hiring process. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global fintech company that empowers small businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles across Europe.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to define scorecards and interview loops.
  • Build persona-based sourcing plans and collaborate on Employer Branding.
  • Analyze funnel performance and drive process improvements.
  • Champion candidate experience with timely communication.

  • Hands-on experience in high-volume Sales recruitment across European markets.
  • Proven track record in structured hiring with scorecards and data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Fluency in French and English (additional European language a plus).
