💼 About This Role

You'll own the finance strategy for Instacart's growth partnerships portfolio, steering a ~$100M investment portfolio that drives topline GTV and Instacart+ membership growth. You'll build ROI frameworks and optimize spend in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role offers high visibility and direct partnership with senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end finance support for growth partnerships portfolio
• Build driver-based forecasting and scenario models
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, monthly forecast and close
• Evaluate and structure new partnership opportunities
• Design measurement frameworks with Data Science

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related field
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
• Experience owning growth or partnership investments of $50M+ annually

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or CFA
• 2+ years in growth or partnerships finance in consumer tech
• Hands-on experience with cohort analytics and CAC/LTV modeling
