💼 About This Role

You'll own organic social media, email marketing, and SEO for a growing software consultancy. You'll build Bluelight's marketing function from the ground up, working directly with the Growth Marketing Manager. This role offers remote work in a collaborative, expanding team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own organic social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, content briefs, keyword tracking
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing segmentation and automation
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword research)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, or Asana
