💼 About This Role
You'll serve as the technical lead for Enterprise accounts throughout the sales process, partnering with Account Executives to design solutions and address technical requirements. You'll deeply engage with technical stakeholders, driving alignment and buy-in while demonstrating how Plaid's products best address their use cases. This role offers the opportunity to work with thousands of companies and shape the future of financial connectivity.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as technical lead for Enterprise accounts throughout sales process
- Partner with Account Executives to design solutions and share best practices
- Engage with technical stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in
- Handle RFP responses and provide demonstrations
📋 Requirements
- 5-7+ years of customer facing experience selling to large enterprises
- Familiarity with Identity Verification or fraud/underwriting products
- Fluency in insights products and statistical/ML models
- Knowledge of mobile and web application architecture for API platforms
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Plaid products or similar financial APIs
- Background combining business experience and technical acumen
- Consultative mindset with ability to translate technical choices into business value
