💼 About This Role

You'll own the builder experience for Agent Studio, Workato's AI agent creation platform, defining how customers create, configure, and iterate on agents. You'll balance AI capabilities with intuitive design, making sophisticated agents accessible to business technologists. This role sits at the intersection of AI and builder usability, where you'll shape the end-to-end builder journey and drive product strategy from ideation to adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the end-to-end builder experience for AI agents
• Collaborate with PMs on recipe editor, knowledge base, and platform infrastructure
• Spend time with customers to understand pain points and mental models
• Communicate product strategy and requirements to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management
• Experience designing builder/creator tools or workflow products
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex products through thoughtful UX
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as RAG, prompting, and evaluation

• Background in design or experience as a designer who transitioned to PM
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or IDE-like tools
• Experience serving both technical and less-technical users simultaneously
