Description

You will collaborate with Gearbox and internal publishing groups to support milestone delivery, cross-functional alignment, and operational execution across multiple high-profile AAA projects. You will manage day-to-day production on a new IP and support other franchises, driving execution of project plans, identifying risks, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in game production, publishing production, product management or related roles
• Comfort with distributed development across time zones
• Hands-on experience with live service games or ongoing content production
• Cross-functional experience with development teams and publishing groups
• Ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple teams
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong risk spotting instincts
• Proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep passion for games and articulation of quality in AAA games

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate how features map to player expectations and product strategy
• Support milestone planning and delivery with dev and publishing partners
• Drive day-to-day publishing production support for multiple titles
