You'll lead supply chain and fulfillment operations across multiple sites for HelloFresh's Meal Kit business. Your core impact is defining and implementing strategies that bring products to customers efficiently. This role offers the chance to drive innovation in a high-growth food environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multi-site fulfillment operations budget and performance
• Travel 75% to regional locations to manage site directors
• Collaborate with Finance, People, Network Planning, and Engineering
• Drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery across facilities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 15+ years managing multi-unit facility operations in food/beverage/e-commerce fulfillment
• Progressive supply chain leadership roles
• Experience with continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean)

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's Degree preferred
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• FSMA, HACCP, SQF familiarity
