💼 About This Role
You'll manage a high volume of pooled clients for Shopify brands, ensuring they see recurring value from our products. You'll drive net revenue retention by spotting churn risks and uncovering upsell opportunities. You'll collaborate with Onboarding, Support, and Account Management teams to delight customers throughout their lifecycle.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify high-need customers within a pooled portfolio
- Own Executive Business Reviews for requesting clients
- Build relationships and demonstrate product impact
- Advise clients on loyalty strategy and optimization
📋 Requirements
- 12+ months of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- C1 proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience working remotely with a non-LATAM headquartered company
- Proven experience with a high-volume portfolio of customers
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in loyalty or e-commerce software
- Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem
