You'll drive partnerships with wallets, DeFi protocols, and crypto apps in the Stellar ecosystem. Your work will accelerate TVL and on-chain value by facilitating introductions and closing key deals. This role offers direct impact on ambitious DeFi growth targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source, qualify, and close partnerships with DeFi protocols and platforms
• Drive DeFi projects on Stellar and support ecosystem integration
• Foster relationships with Web3 infrastructure providers
• Collaborate with product and engineering on new business opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant crypto/web3/DeFi experience
• At least 1 year working in decentralized finance
• Existing relationships with DeFi protocols and builders
• Exceptional English communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in non-EVM DeFi
• Background in capital markets or trading
• Fluency in another language besides English
