🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address tenant service requests for HVAC, plumbing, and lighting
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment performance

📋 Requirements

• HS diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of job-related experience or trade certification
• CFC certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone applications

• Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
