Description

You will own end-to-end program execution for Roku's hardware products, driving development from concept through mass production. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver award-winning streaming devices on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in hardware program management within consumer electronics or high-volume manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Roku player products from concept through mass production
• Build and maintain detailed program schedules, track milestones, and manage critical paths
• Coordinate across hardware, software, quality, operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Manage relationships with external manufacturing partners, component suppliers, and SOC vendors
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies
