🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide travel support via chat, calls, and emails
• Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately
• Guide customers in self-service options on the Navan platform
• Respond promptly to meet SLA expectations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings
• 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
• Fluency in French and English (both required)
• Background in contact center or customer-facing roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Comfortable with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
• Experience with rotating shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM
