Description
You will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, helping them optimize their use of MongoDB, mitigate risks, and drive growth. You'll collaborate with internal teams, lead business reviews, and help build the Customer Success program.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
- 4+ years being accountable for customer health and revenue realization for a portfolio of Forbes Global 2000 customers
- Background in advocating for customers
- Aptitude and curiosity for technology
- Bilingual English and German
Responsibilities
- Work as a strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
- Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite executives
- Manage the relationship with Sales Leadership and Account Executives
- Forecast expected churn and growth to senior leadership
