💼 About This Role

You'll support licensed colorists to provide a seamless guest experience at Madison Reed's Hair Color Bar. You'll learn color theory and behind-the-chair skills while assisting with shampooing, blowouts, and finishing services. This role offers a path to promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform behind-the-chair services like shampooing, blowouts, and styling.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.
• Complete Assistant to Colorist training including color theory and application.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
