You will coach and develop engineers, drive best practices, and make pragmatic architectural decisions for a mission-critical fintech platform serving the US market.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering with deep expertise in .NET / C# and backend development
• Solid experience with SQL databases
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Several years of experience leading a team using Agile methodology
