• Drive revenue and exceed targets, managing financial health and profitability
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional in-store customer experience
• Manage inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment, and back-of-house flow
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and campaign implementation
• Mitigate shrink and escalate operational risks
