You'll develop and execute a strategic sales plan for fluid power components in the Salt Lake City area. You'll grow customer relationships and drive new business through prospecting with support from expert inside sales teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with your District Sales Manager
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
• Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and territory

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
• Fluid power systems and components knowledge
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally

• 2-year technical degree with Fluid Power focus
• Experience with CRM systems
• Troubleshooting fluid power systems
