You'll partner with Engineering and Product leaders to build and scale R&D and Product organizations. You'll own full-cycle recruiting while influencing talent strategy and hiring excellence. This role requires adaptability and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering and product leaders on hiring needs and strategy
• Own end-to-end recruitment for R&D and product roles
• Build creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Drive structured hiring practices and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting with technical/product focus
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in engineering and product
• Experience managing high requisition load in fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of engineering and product roles and skillsets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby or similar modern ATS
• Experience with TeamOhana or workforce planning tools
• Experience recruiting in a scaling SaaS organization
