You'll join an elite team evaluating and expanding de novo antibody design models for novel targets and formats. You'll execute experimental programs that guide next-generation AI models. This role offers exposure to a wide array of scientific problems and research methods.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design antibody-based biologics for novel targets
• Validate in silico designs using binding and developability assays
• Execute molecular biology workflows and characterize proteins

📋 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in Antibody Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience with design and characterization of antibody biologics
• Proficient in molecular biology workflows and binding assays
• Skilled in PyMOL or similar structural analysis tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with computational protein design
• Track record of collaboration with pharma partners
• Background in AI/ML applied to protein engineering
