💼 About This Role

You'll execute bi-weekly U.S. payroll operations and ensure data integrity and compliance for a fast-growing dental technology company. Working closely with Accounting and People Systems, you'll own payroll processes from start to finish.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process bi-weekly U.S. payroll accurately and on time
• Manage payroll inputs like compensation changes and adjustments
• Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and corrections

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of U.S. payroll experience including multi-state processing
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax withholding
• Experience with payroll systems like UKG, ADP, Paylocity
• Experience supporting payroll audits and reconciliations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience administering payroll in UKG
• Experience during periods of rapid company growth
• CPP certification
