You'll lead and grow the transportation design practice as Division Manager at a 100% employee-owned firm. You'll oversee project managers, drive quality, and contribute to business development while shaping the division's direction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Transportation Design Division
• Oversee multiple transportation design projects for quality, schedule, and budget
• Serve as senior client contact and drive business development
• Mentor staff and ensure consistent QA/QC processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license for North Dakota
• 10+ years of experience in transportation design or related infrastructure
• Experience managing teams and leading complex projects
