💼 About This Role

You'll design and iterate on features for a SaaS analytics platform used by recycling facilities. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ship dev-ready designs that directly impact sustainability operations. This role is fully remote within Pacific Time, about 20 hours/week for 4 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on features within existing Figma design system
• Collaborate with PM and Engineering to deliver dev-ready designs
• Translate product requirements into intuitive UX for customers
• Anticipate UX edge cases and flag potential issues proactively

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product or UX design experience
• Strong Figma proficiency and design system experience
• Ability to balance UX best practices with engineering constraints
• English fluency (B2 or higher) for US-based team collaboration
