You'll lead operational planning and execution for a premium digital out-of-home media network that is scaling rapidly across major U.S. cities. You'll build the systems and processes for nationwide screen deployment and maintenance, driving vendor negotiations and cost optimization.

• Design and implement operational infrastructure for nationwide screen rollout and maintenance.
• Oversee hardware logistics, installation, warehousing, and vendor management.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Own the operations budget and drive cost-per-install reduction.

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of operations experience in high-growth, multi-market environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation and cost optimization.
• Experience managing 3PLs and installation partners with SLA enforcement.
