You'll lead a team of project managers overseeing Mindtickle's services delivery portfolio, ensuring smooth implementations for a AI-powered revenue enablement platform. You'll directly manage strategic enterprise accounts and orchestrate cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full services delivery portfolio from scoping to handover.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Senior/Project Managers.
• Directly manage select strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Drive delivery KPIs including utilization, margin, and forecast accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in delivery, services, or consulting.
• 5+ years leading PMs or equivalent in services delivery.
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of program governance and risk management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Track record in complex SaaS or digital transformation implementations.
• Financial literacy for delivery: margin, burn, variance.
• Tool-savvy with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or PSA systems.
