💼 About This Role

You'll refactor Grafana's core architecture into a fully multi-tenant SaaS platform, enabling proprietary apps to tap into dashboards and alerts. Your work will impact how thousands of companies monitor their infrastructure. You'll be at the forefront of scaling an open-source icon into a cloud observability platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Code new features and enhance operational experience of systems
• Author, contribute to, and review design documents
• Shape the roadmap and mentor team members
• Participate in on-call rotations (weekday 12h x 5d, weekend 24h x 2d)

📋 Requirements

• Strong coding skills with operational experience running own software
• Experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems (scalability, multi-tenancy)
• Excellent communication skills in writing and meetings
• Willingness to work across teams and align with stakeholders

• Familiarity with Golang or excitement to learn
• Experience with observability tools
