🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate pricing with airlines and General Sales Agents
• Manage air export shipments from booking to delivery
• Create and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Handle claims and troubleshoot operational issues

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Air Freight
• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
• MS Office proficiency and English language skills

• Knowledge of loadability and ULD
