You'll oversee service delivery as an outsourced CFO for charter school clients, leading financial statement preparation and compliance reporting. You'll build long-term client relationships and mentor staff in a remote-first culture. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial information across multiple teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee financial statement preparation and grant reporting
• Review financial statements for GAAP compliance
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for clients
• Serve as fiscal liaison to authorizers and agencies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 7 years of experience with staff oversight
• Experience in professional service firm preferred
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar non-profit accounting systems

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA certification
• Experience in charter school finance
