Description

You will design and implement intelligent automation systems that connect data across platforms, eliminate manual tasks, and enable scalable, high-performance HR operations on a global stage, working at the intersection of HR, technology, and process excellence.

Requirements

• Manager of one with strong ownership and autonomy in fast-moving environment
• Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services in regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools like Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n
• Comfortable with light scripting in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Own automation strategy using customer and employee feedback to improve HR experience and scalability
• Scope and deliver multi-phase initiatives as DRI across process redesign, tooling, and change management
• Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect end-to-end automated workflows
• Design intelligent automation systems connecting data across platforms and eliminating manual tasks
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Operations, Product, Design, Engineering and IT
