Description

You will own the post-sale journey for high-potential accounts, driving activation, adoption, and expansion. You'll work with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to increase volume, expand use cases, and secure renewals, turning strong customers into long-term growth partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in strategic account management within payments, fintech, or crypto
  • Deep understanding of payment networks, APIs, and integration workflows
  • Proven track record of driving activation, expansion, and renewals
  • Data-driven with strong communication and commercial skills

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio of high-potential accounts, leading relationship management and growth strategy
  • Drive customer activation and adoption by removing onboarding blockers
  • Build success plans, run MBRs/QBRs, and proactively identify risk
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities in transaction volume and new use cases
  • Own renewals and support commercial negotiations with Sales and CS leadership
