You'll join a founding go-to-market team scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program nationally. You'll build relationships with SUD referral partners and drive growth in the Los Angeles territory. This role offers unparalleled responsibility in a high-accountability environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program
• Build deep relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach 4-5 days/week
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve access to care
• Collect partner feedback to refine messaging and collaborate cross-functionally

📋 Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles
• Willingness to travel extensively around Los Angeles
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce
