Description
Lead and coach a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build Stripe's sales pipeline. You will drive new business pipeline goals, shape partnerships with marketing and sales teams, and contribute to the long-term strategy of the sales development function.
Requirements
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience leading inbound/outbound sales in a high-growth technology environment
- Proven track record of high performance in pipeline generation or closing role
- Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team
- Program management expertise and familiarity with A1 inactive data
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a growing team of SDRs
- Own and drive execution of new business pipeline goals by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics and pipeline quality
- Coach and mentor SDRs in consultative sales skills including campaign strategy and outbound execution
- Shape partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams
- Optimize business for efficiency and accelerate ramp time to productivity
