💼 About This Role

You'll act as a bridge between art and engineering, supporting content creation and improving workflows for a remote-first game studio. You'll solve complex technical and creative challenges to push visual quality while respecting constraints. This is a contract role on a small, high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Bridge communication between Art, Engineering, and the game engine.
  • Support artists with asset integration, debugging, and optimization.
  • Build and maintain tools, scripts, and workflows for artist productivity.
  • Identify visual or performance issues and devise solutions.

📋 Requirements

  • Real-time content development and game art pipelines understanding.
  • Programming or scripting experience (e.g., C++, C#, Python).
  • Experience with DCC tools such as Maya.
  • Strong understanding of asset management and version control.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of shader development and material systems.
  • Experience with particle systems and real-time visual effects.
  • Experience with Unreal or Unity engines.
