You'll partner closely with Regional Sales VPs as a strategic diplomat, translating field needs into data-driven initiatives. You'll own high-impact reporting and drive AI innovation while bridging sales leadership with the Strategy Operations engine. This role offers direct influence on GTM strategy in a high-growth, post-merger environment.

  • Partner with Sales VPs to translate field needs into quantitative requirements
  • Monitor retention benchmarks and ensure VPs have data to protect their base
  • Identify manual tasks and scope AI agents with the Innovation team
  • Own Executive Reporting for Sales QBRs and story-tell data for VPs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
  • Executive presence to partner with VPs and present data-driven recommendations
  • Mastery across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance datasets

  • Experience with AI tools or automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with sales enablement processes
