🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and configuration workshops to produce Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Configure and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts using Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, Lex.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live.
• Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting.
• Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
